Echo Gadgetry — 15 Day Return, Refund and Replacement Policy

At EchoGadgetry, we strive to provide high-quality products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds under the following conditions:

Policy at a Glance:

• 15-day return or replacement promise
• Unboxing video is required for all damage/DOA claims
• Pickup from your address for approved claims
• One-side courier is Rs 300 (customer); the other side is on us
• COD refunds: government 4% is not refundable
• Keep original box and all accessories for any claim
• Replacement is subject to evaluation by our team
• If returned condition doesn’t match the unboxing video, claim is rejected and item is sent back
• Refunds are issued within 15 working days after inspection

Our Customer First Promise:

We offer a 15-day return or replacement on your purchase. If your claim is eligible, you can initiate a replacement or a refund as you prefer. Our goal is to keep this easy, fair, and stress-free for you.

Eligibility:

• 15-day window from delivery
• Not up to expectations — must be unused and in re-sellable condition with unboxing video
• Manufacturing defect or dead on arrival visible in unboxing video
• Wrong or missing item or parts as shown in unboxing video

Note: the unboxing video confirms the condition at parcel opening and helps validate the claim.

Limits:

• No unboxing video — claim cannot be accepted
• Burning/misuse/wrong usage — over-voltage, water ingress, drops, rough use, unauthorized repair
• Cosmetic wear and tear like small scratches, dents, or color fade
• Missing packaging or accessories
• Requests after 15 days of delivery

Have these ready before initiating claim:

• Unboxing video from the moment you open the parcel
• Issue video if there is a functional problem
• Original box and all accessories (manuals, cables, freebies)
• Product in clean, re-sellable condition
• Your Order ID, name, and phone number

How to File a Claim:

1. send on WhatsApp — share Order ID, Name, Phone Number, Unboxing Video, Issue Video, and a short note. WhatsApp Care: 0304-6168059
2. Review and confirmation — we review against this policy, confirm approval, and guide next steps.

Replacement — How it Works:

• Eligibility — follow rules above (video proof, packaging, accessories)
• Courier Rs 300 by customer.
• Collection — Rs 300 collected with the replacement delivery or as advised by support
• Evaluation rule — if replacement is rejected due to misuse, missing parts, or no valid unboxing video, no replacement will be issued; item returned (standard courier charges apply)

Costs and Deductions — Examples:

Pickup charges — we cover one side; you cover one side; your share is Rs 300 for approved return or replacement.

Government taxes on COD refunds — 4% on COD is already deducted by the courier for the government and cannot be refunded.

Example A — COD refund — Order Rs 10,000 − Rs 300 pickup charge − Rs 400 (4%) govt tax = You receive Rs 9,300.

Processing Time:

• Refunds — issued within 15 working days after we receive and verify the item
• Replacements — dispatched after approval and received the product

Fraud and Misuse Disclaimer:

To protect customers and our business, Echo Gadgetry reserves the right to reject any claim if it does not comply with policy, if misleading information is provided, or if misuse/intentional damage is suspected.

By placing an order, you agree that Echo Gadgetry’s decision will be final in all return, refund, and replacement matters. Rejected claims cannot be challenged in court or via legal proceedings.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Items returned without original packaging or missing parts.
