Track Your Echo Gadgetry Order
After your order is confirmed and dispatched, we will send your courier name, tracking number and secure order-status link through the contact information provided at checkout.
How to Check Your Order Status
- Open the order confirmation or shipping confirmation message sent by Echo Gadgetry.
- Select the View your order or tracking link in that message.
- After dispatch, the order-status page will display the courier and tracking information added to your order.
- If Shopify asks for verification, enter the order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
Cannot Find Your Tracking Link?
Tracking becomes available after the parcel is dispatched and a tracking number is assigned. If you have not received your dispatch details, contact our support team and provide:
- Your Shopify order number
- Customer name
- Phone number used at checkout

Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery is normally expected within 3–5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, security conditions or an incomplete address.
Security note: We will ask only for the information needed to verify your order. Do not share passwords, one-time passwords, card PINs or unrelated financial information.
