Overview
These Terms of Service apply when you visit, use or purchase from the Echo Gadgetry online store. By placing an order or using the store, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Warranty/Checking Policy.
Store Information
Echo Gadgetry is a Pakistan-based online store located in Multan and selling mobile, audio, creator and smart-tech accessories to customers across Pakistan.
Product Information and Compatibility
We aim to describe products, included items, compatibility, images and prices accurately. Colours, packaging or minor presentation details may vary because of screen settings or supplier updates, provided the material product and ordered model remain as described.
Customers are responsible for reviewing compatibility and selecting the correct model, connector or variant. If unsure, contact Echo Gadgetry with the exact phone or device model before ordering.
Prices and Availability
Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Product prices, discounts, availability and delivery charges may change, but the amount displayed and accepted during checkout applies to that order unless there is an obvious technical or listing error requiring correction before dispatch.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not guarantee dispatch. Echo Gadgetry may verify a COD order by phone or WhatsApp and may cancel or hold orders with incomplete details, unreachable contact information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable stock, service limitations or repeated refused deliveries.
Order confirmation may require the customer to verify the name, phone number, delivery address, city, ordered products and payable total.
Payment
Cash on Delivery and any other enabled payment methods are subject to the instructions displayed at checkout. COD orders may remain marked unpaid until payment is collected or settled by the courier.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping charges, estimated delivery, tracking, failed delivery and address-change conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier operations and circumstances outside Echo Gadgetry’s reasonable control.
Returns, Refunds and Checking
Returns, replacements, refunds, evidence requirements, courier costs and exclusions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and Warranty/Checking Policy. Customers must contact us within the published claim period and follow the approval process before returning an item.
Customer Conduct
You must not misuse the store, submit false information, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, use the store for unlawful activity, copy protected content without permission or submit fraudulent orders or claims.
Intellectual Property
Echo Gadgetry branding, original text, graphics, product-page designs and store content may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission, except for rights belonging to their respective brands or licensors.
Third-Party Services
The store may rely on Shopify, couriers, payment providers, communication tools and other services. Availability and operation of third-party services can be subject to their own terms and systems.
Disclaimer and Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Echo Gadgetry is not responsible for indirect loss caused by misuse, unsupported compatibility, unauthorized modification, third-party service interruption or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Changes
We may update these terms when our store, policies or applicable requirements change. The version displayed on the store at the time of use is the current version.
Applicable Law
These terms are subject to the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any mandatory customer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
